Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Production Specialist to support and manage production activities, ensuring smooth operations, quality output, and adherence to timelines. The role focuses on process coordination, quality control, and continuous improvement in the production environment.
Role & Responsibilities
Support daily production operations as per production plans
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards
Coordinate with production teams, supervisors, and departments
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies
Track production schedules, output, and material usage
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
Maintain production records and reports
Assist in inventory and material planning
Troubleshoot basic production issues
Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
Education / Qualification
Diploma / Graduate in Production, Engineering, or related field
Knowledge / Skills
Understanding of production processes and workflows
Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
Basic data analysis and reporting skills
Good coordination and communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and attention to detail
