Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new customers, and maintain strong client relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Generate leads through calls, meetings, and field visits
Present and promote products or services to customers
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Follow up with prospects and close sales deals
Maintain relationships with existing customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update CRM and maintain customer records
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
Education / Qualification
Graduate / 12th pass in any stream
Knowledge / Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-oriented and target-focused mindset
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM)
Willingness to travel (if required)
