Title: HR Recruiter

Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements efficiently.

Role & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Manage offer letters, negotiation, and joining formalities
Coordinate onboarding and documentation of new hires
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships

Education / Qualification
Graduate in HR / Management / any stream
MBA (HR) or relevant recruitment training preferred

Knowledge / Skills
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring techniques
Experience with job portals and sourcing methods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess candidate suitability
Good organizational and time-management skills
Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance
