Overview
Apex IT Rental is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to handle administrative duties along with day-to-day accounting operations. The role requires coordination, documentation, and accurate financial record maintenance.

Role & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
Maintain sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries
Prepare bills, invoices, and payment vouchers
Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts
Perform bank reconciliation and basic financial reporting
Handle office administration and documentation work
Maintain records of vendors, customers, and inventory (if required)
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
Assist in GST, TDS, or statutory documentation (if applicable)
Support audits and management reporting

Education / Qualification
B.Com or similar qualification

Knowledge / Skills
Basic to good knowledge of accounting principles
Experience with accounting software (Tally preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Good organizational and administrative skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively
