Job Summary
Mobilier Systems India LLP is looking for a Back Office Executive to support daily office operations through accurate data handling, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain records with accuracy
Prepare reports, documents, and office files
Handle email communication and internet-based tasks
Support billing, invoicing, and basic office documentation
Coordinate with internal departments and staff
Assist in day-to-day administrative and back office activities
Maintain confidentiality of office data and documents

Required Skills
Knowledge of basic computer operations
