Handle inbound and outbound calls
Follow up with clients and maintain call records
Maintain customer database and update records
Perform data entry and documentation work
Assist in daily back-office operations
Coordinate with team members and clients
Prepare basic reports and maintain files
Provide customer support and resolve basic queries
