Job Summary
R Ratilal & Brothers Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced Senior Site Engineers with more than 4 years of experience in civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with project teams for timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities
Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications
Supervise engineers, supervisors, and site workers
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
Monitor project timelines and progress
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
Manage material planning and site resources
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Handle site issues and provide technical solutions
Ensure proper documentation and site records
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques
Expertise in reading structural & architectural drawings
Project execution and site management skills
Quantity estimation and BOQ understanding
Leadership and team management ability
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office
