Overview
Fayda Finserv Pvt. Ltd. is seeking analytical and detail-oriented Equity Research Analysts to research listed companies, analyze financial data, and support investment decision-making. The role involves market research, financial modeling, and preparation of investment reports.

Role & Responsibilities
Conduct fundamental research on equities across sectors
Analyze company financial statements, annual reports, and disclosures
Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses
Track market trends, economic indicators, and sector developments
Prepare research reports, investment notes, and presentations
Monitor portfolio companies and update recommendations
Support senior analysts and fund managers with data and insights
Maintain databases, dashboards, and research documentation
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in research outputs

Education / Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance
CA-Inter or MBA (Finance) preferred

Knowledge / Skills
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts
Knowledge of equity markets, valuation methods, and ratios
Proficiency in MS Excel; financial modeling skills preferred
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
