Overview
NIV Lights Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote lighting products, develop new customers, and grow sales across assigned markets. The role involves customer engagement, order generation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
Promote and sell lighting products to dealers, distributors, builders, and projects
Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales orders
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order fulfillment
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Participate in exhibitions, site visits, and promotional activities
Education / Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
Knowledge / Skills
Experience in sales (lighting/electrical products preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and result-driven approach
Ability to travel within assigned territory
Basic computer skills and reporting knowledge
Team player with a professional attitude
