Hemanshu Shah & Co. is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2+ years of experience to manage accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance-related assignments. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and finalization of financial statements
Handling direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST)
Conduct statutory and internal audits
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
Preparation and filing of tax returns
Manage TDS, GST returns, and related documentation
Liaison with clients and government authorities
Provide financial advisory and consultation services
Assist in audit planning and risk assessment
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
Expertise in taxation (Direct & Indirect Tax)
Experience in audit and compliance management
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Eligibility Criteria
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Ability to manage multiple client assignments
Strong professional ethics and integrity
