Title: Senior Site Engineer
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Role & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the project site
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site staff
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards
Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and engineers for approvals
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site safety practices
Verify measurements, bills, and work completion records
Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities
Maintain proper site documentation and records
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Relevant site engineering or safety certifications are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Experience in supervising civil construction projects
Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
Good coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
Ability to manage deadlines and site teams effectively
