Job Overview
NIV Lights Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage company data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate MIS reports, maintaining databases, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth data flow. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Maintain and update company databases
Collect and compile data from different departments
Analyze data and generate performance reports
Create dashboards and summary reports for management
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports
Support management with data-based insights
Maintain confidentiality of company data
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts)
Good understanding of data analysis and reporting
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
Analytical and logical thinking ability
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant experience
