Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure smooth execution of work at project sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate labor, materials, and contractors while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines as per drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and instructions.
– Monitor labor work, productivity, and discipline at the site.
– Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
– Ensure proper usage and handling of construction materials.
– Check workmanship quality and ensure adherence to quality standards.
– Implement and monitor safety rules and site safety practices.
– Assist in reading drawings and executing work accordingly.
– Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.
– Support measurement checking and quantity verification.
– Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material delivery.
– Identify on-site issues and report to seniors for timely resolution.
– Ensure cleanliness, organization, and discipline at the site.
– Support billing, documentation, and basic site records.

Requirements and Skills:
– Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
– 1–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
– Knowledge of civil construction activities and site execution.
– Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
– Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
– Strong coordination and labor-handling skills.
– Good communication and reporting abilities.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Basic knowledge of measurements, materials, and site documentation.

Qualifications:
– Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
– Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
– Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
– Commitment to quality work and site safety.
