Job Overview
VIVO Mobiles is looking for an experienced IT Incharge / Senior System Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s complete IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, system security, network stability, and user support across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain servers, systems, and IT infrastructure
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Monitor network performance, firewalls, VPNs, and security systems
Implement data backup, recovery, and disaster management plans
Ensure system security, antivirus updates, and patch management
Handle cloud services (AWS/Azure – basic to intermediate level)
Manage IT assets, licenses, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and AMC partners
Provide technical support to internal users and resolve IT issues
Lead IT operations and guide junior IT staff
Ensure compliance with IT policies and company standards
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong experience in System & Network Administration
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Firewall, VPN
Experience with Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
Backup & Recovery tools knowledge
Hardware troubleshooting (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Server)
Email systems & Office 365 / Google Workspace
Basic cloud infrastructure knowledge
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
4+ years of relevant IT administration experience
Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT systems
Good communication and coordination skills
Ready to handle multiple locations or users if required
