Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle Database
• Monitor database performance and optimize queries
• Manage database backups, recovery, and security
• Ensure data integrity and availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues
• Implement high availability and replication strategies
• Collaborate with development teams
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Experience in database administration and maintenance
• SQL query writing and optimization
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of backup and recovery processes
• Understanding of data modeling and database design
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
