Job Description
VIVO MOBILES is looking for an experienced Training Supervisor to manage, deliver, and monitor training programs for sales and operational teams. The role focuses on improving product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct training programs for sales and field staff
Train employees on VIVO products, features, and sales techniques
Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback
Coordinate onboarding and induction training for new joiners
Maintain training schedules, attendance, and performance records
Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
Work closely with management to align training with business goals
Ensure brand standards and training compliance are followed
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong training and presentation skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in sales/retail training preferred
Team supervision and coaching skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
Ability to motivate and guide teams
