Roles & Responsibilities
Teach Pathshala syllabus and Jain religious teachings
Explain concepts clearly and respectfully to students
Conduct regular classes, revision, and doubt-solving sessions
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
Guide students in religious practices and values
Maintain attendance and basic student records
Coordinate with Pathshala management when required
Follow the rules and traditions of the Jain Sangh
Education & Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Panch Pratikraman
Fresher candidates are welcome
Skills Required
Good knowledge of Jain religious teachings
Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging way
Patience and positive attitude toward students
Good communication skills
Discipline, honesty, and dedication
Respect for traditions and values
