Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing
Communicate with customers to collect and verify required documents
Follow up on loan applications, approvals, and disbursements
Maintain accurate customer and bank records
Perform data entry and update MIS reports
Handle emails and basic communication with banks
Track application status and provide updates to customers
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of files
