Overview
FAYDA FINSERV Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Back Office Executives to support daily financial and administrative operations. The role involves handling documentation, maintaining records, and assisting internal teams in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and update client and financial records
Perform accurate data entry and documentation work
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Handle emails, confirmations, and internal communication
Coordinate with research, sales, and operations teams
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of data
Assist in routine back-office and operational tasks
Follow company policies and reporting procedures

Education & Eligibility
Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance
CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
Fresher or 1–5 years of experience

Skills Required
Strong data handling and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Good typing speed with accuracy
Basic knowledge of financial operations
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Basic communication and coordination skills
Ethical mindset and confidentiality awareness
