Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Secretary to manage day-to-day secretarial and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will support office operations by handling documentation, correspondence, scheduling, and coordination while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a chartered accountant firm environment.

Responsibilities:
– Handle front office operations, phone calls, and email correspondence.
– Draft, type, and format letters, reports, and official documents.
– Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential documents.
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
– Coordinate with clients for document collection and follow-ups.
– Maintain client records and basic data entry work.
– Assist in preparation and filing of documents related to accounting, audit, and taxation.
– Manage inward and outward correspondence and courier activities.
– Maintain office registers, records, and documentation.
– Coordinate with staff and partners for administrative support.
– Manage office stationery, supplies, and inventory.
– Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth office operations.
– Follow firm policies and maintain strict confidentiality of client data.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
– 0–3 years of experience as an Office Secretary or administrative role (freshers can apply).
– Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email handling.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Good typing speed and document formatting skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
– Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
– Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:
– Graduate in any field.
– Experience in CA firm, accounting office, or professional services firm is an advantage.
– Knowledge of basic accounting or taxation documentation is a plus.
– Strong time management and coordination skills.
