Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Audit, Taxation & Accounting Executive to manage accounting records, ensure tax compliance, and assist in audit activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, preparing statutory filings, and supporting audit and taxation processes while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Responsibilities:
– Maintain books of accounts and financial records accurately.
– Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
– Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
– Handle direct and indirect taxation compliances including GST and Income Tax.
– Prepare and file GST returns, Income Tax returns, and TDS returns.
– Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
– Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
– Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
– Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and filings.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– 0–3 years of experience in audit, taxation, or accounting roles (freshers can apply).
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
– Understanding of GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations.
– Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
– Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– High attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
– CA Inter / CMA Inter / relevant certifications are an added advantage.
– Hands-on experience through articleship, internships, or accounting roles is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
– Strong ethics, integrity, and commitment to quality work.
