Title: Business Development Executive
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support company growth. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion while working closely with sales and marketing teams.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, and networking
Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and client details in CRM systems
Track business development activities and prepare regular performance reports
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
Perform additional business development–related duties as assigned
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Business development or sales certifications are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, or sales support
Ability to understand business needs and offer solution-oriented approaches
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Market research and analytical skills
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple prospects and meet deadlines
Team collaboration and relationship-building skills
