Responsibilities:

– Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
– Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
– Provide feedback to candidates and follow up throughout the hiring process
– Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress
– Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to attract top talent
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 0-3 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on US-based positions
– In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal regulations
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
– Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
– Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
