Job Title: OPT Recruiter

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in recruiting for Optional Practical Training (OPT) positions for international students.
Responsibilities:
– Source, screen, and recruit candidates for OPT opportunities.
– Build relationships with colleges, universities, and international student organizations to attract top talent.
– Ensure compliance with OPT regulations and guidelines.
– Coordinate interviews and facilitate the placement process.
– Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the OPT application process.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 4-6 years of experience in recruiting for OPT positions.
– Strong understanding of OPT regulations and guidelines.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
