Job Title: Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition with at least 12 years of relevant experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the talent acquisition function within the organization.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
– Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
– Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
– Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals
– Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
– At least 12 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
– Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes
– Strong leadership and people management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
