Job Title: Education Counselor

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Education Counselor to provide guidance and support to students in educational planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of academic programs, and be able to assist students in reaching their educational goals.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to discuss educational goals and develop academic plans
– Provide information on educational programs, course requirements, and career pathways
– Assist students in decision-making related to course selection, majors, and career options
– Evaluate students’ academic progress and provide guidance on areas of improvement
– Organize and participate in educational workshops, events, and presentations
– Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success and retention
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
– 1-3 years of experience as an Education Counselor or similar role
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Knowledge of academic programs, educational resources, and career development
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational counseling software
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
– 1-3 years of experience as an Education Counselor or similar role
