Role Description:
SkillIQ is hiring a full-time, on-site Career Counselor for its Ahmedabad location. The Career Counselor will be responsible for guiding Students/Aspirants in their career development, offering career counseling and management services, and ensuring smooth operation of training-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving abilities to support students’/Aspirants’ career growth.
Key Qualifications:
• Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Management
• Strong Student/Aspirant Counseling and Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understand Students’/Aspirants’ needs and provide guidance on relevant training programs
• Manage daily activities related to the training programs and student counseling
• Establish new connections for developing training programs
• Manage floor-related activities for student management
