Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting and a passion for connecting with potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
– Source and recruit candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking
– Screen applicants and conduct interviews to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
– Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
– Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions
– Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– At least 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring goals
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
