Job Overview:

The Client Servicing Manager will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and maximizing business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
– Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.

– Prepare and deliver regular reports on client accounts and performance.

Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Manager or similar role.
