Job Title: Manual QA Engineer

Job Overview:
The Manual QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications through manual testing procedures. This role involves reviewing specifications, executing test cases, reporting and documenting defects, and ensuring that the software meets quality standards.
Responsibilities:
– Review and analyze system specifications
– Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
– Execute test cases and analyze results
– Report and document technical issues
– Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout software development lifecycle
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 2-3 years of experience in manual testing
– Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
– Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Qualifications and Skills:
– Proficiency in test case management tools
– Knowledge of bug tracking tools
– Understanding of coding and scripting languages is a plus
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
