Job Description
Metizsoft Solutions Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and passionate QA Engineer to join the team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in software testing, bug tracking, and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
The candidate will be responsible for testing applications, identifying issues, and working closely with developers to improve product quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, and testing scenarios
• Identify, document, and track software bugs and issues
• Coordinate with developers to resolve defects efficiently
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and usability testing
• Validate application performance and functionality before release
• Perform API testing and database validation where required
• Maintain testing documentation and reports
• Ensure software quality standards and best practices are followed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development cycles
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of Software Testing and QA processes
• Knowledge of Manual Testing and basic Automation Testing concepts
• Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla
• Familiarity with API Testing tools like Postman
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
• Basic knowledge of Selenium or automation frameworks preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Eligibility
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience: 1 to 2 Years
• Relevant QA or software testing experience preferred
