Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and hiring top IT talent to meet our company’s staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing candidates
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
– Source potential candidates via online channels, social media, and professional networks
– Review resumes and screen applications to assess qualifications
– Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and culture fit
– Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience
– Negotiate offers and finalize the hiring process
– Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment metrics
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter, with at least 2 years of experience
– Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment

– Proficiency in using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
