Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
– Conduct reference checks and assist with background checks
– Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates
– Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
– Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
