Job Title: AR Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated AR Executive to join our team. The primary role of the AR Executive is to assist in managing accounts receivable activities and ensuring timely collection of payments from customers. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in finance and accounting.
Responsibilities:
– Generate and send out invoices to customers.
– Follow up on outstanding payments and communicate with customers to resolve any billing issues.
– Monitor accounts receivable aging and report on collection progress.
– Maintain accurate records of customer payments and transactions.
– Assist in reconciling discrepancies in accounts receivable balances.
– Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and ensure timely payment processing.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
