Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on telesales. The primary responsibility of the Telesales Executive will be to cold call potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and close sales over the phone.

Responsibilities:
– Cold call potential customers to generate sales leads.
– Introduce and explain our products/services to customers.
– Close sales over the phone.
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
– Meet and exceed sales targets.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements and Skills:
– 0-2 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
– Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
– Ability to work well in a team environment.
– Proficient in using CRM software.
– High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
