We are seeking a talented Bench Sales Recruiter with 2-7 years of experience to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential clients to sell available bench resources, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the successful placement of bench candidates.

Responsibilities:
– Identify potential clients and establish relationships through cold calling and networking.
– Understand client requirements and match them with suitable bench resources.
– Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with clients and finalize contracts.
– Maintain a database of available bench resources and update records regularly.
– Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely submission of resumes and interviews for bench candidates.
– Provide regular updates to clients and consultants on the progress of submissions and interviews.
– Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or bench candidates promptly.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter for 2-7 years.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of the IT industry and bench sales process.
– Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
– Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
