Responsibilities:
– Identify potential clients and establish relationships through cold calling and networking.
– Understand client requirements and match them with suitable bench resources.
– Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with clients and finalize contracts.
– Maintain a database of available bench resources and update records regularly.
– Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely submission of resumes and interviews for bench candidates.
– Provide regular updates to clients and consultants on the progress of submissions and interviews.
– Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or bench candidates promptly.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter for 2-7 years.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of the IT industry and bench sales process.
– Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
– Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
