Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment for various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
– Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
– Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
– Utilize various tools and platforms to source candidates, such as applicant tracking systems and social media.
– Coordinate interviews and help facilitate the selection process.
– Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
– Ensure compliance with all recruiting policies and regulations.
– Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
– Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
