Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience and a strong understanding of the hiring process. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
– Source potential candidates through job postings, social media, and other channels
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
– Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
– Conduct reference and background checks
– Extend job offers and initiate onboarding process
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
– Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
– Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of recruitment experience
– SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
