We are seeking a skilled US Payroll Executive with at least 2 years of experience in managing payroll processes for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, as well as compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US employees
– Ensure accuracy of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies
– Stay up-to-date with relevant payroll laws and regulations
– Collaborate with HR and finance teams for data accuracy
– Process and review payroll reports for management
– Assisting with audits and reconciliations as required
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– At least 2 years of experience in US payroll processing
– Proficiency in payroll software and Excel
– Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
