Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Overview:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate selection process.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and position requirements
– Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking
– Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
– Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews
– Coordinate candidate assessments and evaluations
– Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
– Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
– Assist with other HR functions as needed

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment
– Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
– Excellent organizational and time management skills

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment
– Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
