Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory, storage, and distribution of products within the store.

Responsibilities:
– Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock rotation
– Receive and inspect incoming goods
– Keep records of all transactions
– Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
– Maintain a clean and organized storage area
– Coordinate with suppliers and handle returns or exchanges
– Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
– Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies
– Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling hazardous materials

Requirements and Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven work experience as a Storekeeper or similar role
– Knowledge of inventory management software
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items
– Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures

Qualification:
– 2+ years of experience as a Storekeeper or in a related field
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
– Certified forklift operator (preferred)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
