Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Manager with at least 7 years of experience in managing key client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and developing long-term partnerships with important clients to drive business growth and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients
– Understand client needs and requirements to propose tailored solutions
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
– Manage contract negotiations and renewals
– Monitor client performance and satisfaction metrics
– Forecast and track key account metrics
– Report on key account status to senior management
Requirements skill:
– Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role
– Demonstrable experience in managing key client relationships
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
– Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team
– Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role
