Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead with a minimum of 9 years of experience to oversee and lead the automation testing efforts within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks to support testing of software applications.
Responsibilities:
– Lead the automation testing team in planning, designing, and implementing automated test scripts.
– Develop and maintain automation frameworks to support web, mobile, and API testing.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testing requirements and provide technical assistance.
– Manage and prioritize automation testing tasks to meet project deadlines.
– Monitor and analyze automation test results, identifying and reporting issues to stakeholders.
– Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new automation tools to enhance testing processes.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– Minimum of 9 years of experience in QA automation testing.
– Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
– Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C.
– Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
– Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a team.
Qualification:

– Minimum of 9 years of experience in QA automation testing.
– Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
