We are seeking an entry-level IT Recruiter with 0-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill IT positions within the company. This role requires a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Source potential candidates through various channels
– Screen and interview candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements
– Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines
– Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
– Maintain candidate databases and keep accurate records of interactions
– Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
