Job Description:
LanceSoft is hiring Management Trainees – US Recruiters to join its Indore-based recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals looking to build a career in US staffing and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, etc.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for US-based clients
Coordinate with candidates for scheduling interviews and follow-ups
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
Work closely with senior recruiters and delivery managers

Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work in US shift timing (night shift)
Basic knowledge of recruitment is a plus but not mandatory
