Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter (Female) to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and building strong candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and platforms
Conducting telephonic and in-person interviews
Coordinating with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements
Managing candidate database and recruitment reports
Ensuring smooth onboarding processes
Recruitment Skills:
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, referrals)
Strong screening and shortlisting capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
