Job Description:
Access Healthcare is hiring for the position of Lead Documentation Specialist in the Finance and Accounts division. This role is ideal for experienced finance professionals with a strong background in documentation, reporting, and financial compliance, who can join immediately and are comfortable working US shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage financial documentation processes
Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant financial and legal standards
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline documentation workflows
Prepare reports and maintain financial records with high attention to detail
Support audit processes by providing required documentation in a timely manner

Requirements skill:
8 to 12 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, or documentation roles
Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Willingness to work full-time in US shift (onsite)
