Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, sourcing strategies, and recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements
– Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
– Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics
– Provide feedback to candidates and facilitate the offer and negotiation process
– Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Requirements and Skills:
– 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role
– Proven track record in sourcing and hiring technical candidates
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
– Knowledge of technical roles and requirements in the industry
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Certification in recruiting or human resources is a plus
