Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Workforce Executive with at least 3 years of experience to manage field operations and oversee a team of field workers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating field activities, maximizing productivity, and ensuring efficient delivery of services.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and coordinate field operations to meet objectives and targets.
– Manage and supervise a team of field workers.
– Monitor and evaluate field performance to ensure efficiency and quality of service.

– Maintain effective communication between field teams and management.
– Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during field operations.

Requirements and Skills:
