Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Line Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production line functioning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production supervision, process monitoring, and workforce coordination in a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the activities of production line workers
Ensure daily production targets are met with quality standards
Monitor machinery, tools, and processes for efficiency and safety
Report production status, issues, and downtime to senior management
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and inventory teams
Train and guide new workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain shift-wise reports, attendance, and discipline on the floor

Basic troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical equipment
Strong understanding of safety and quality standards
Ability to lead a team and resolve conflicts on the shop floor
